Is iTalk worth it?
iTalk is a Brighton-based reseller of Openreach broadband, available across the UK on ADSL, FTTC and full fibre. Its fixed price guarantee means no rise during the 18-month contract.
Set-up costs £18.95 (£8.95 to £12.95 on FTTC), there is no social tariff, and iTalk has not signed Ofcom’s voluntary speed code, so there is no minimum speed guarantee. It does not publish its exit fees.

iTalk broadband: common questions
Can I get iTalk broadband at my address?
iTalk sells broadband across the UK on Openreach, but the speeds you can get depend on your address. Enter your postcode in the comparison above to see the iTalk deals that reach you.
What happens when my iTalk contract ends?
iTalk must tell you 10 to 40 days before your minimum term ends, show its best deals for you, and remind you once a year after that. Out of contract, prices are usually higher, so it pays to switch or agree a new deal.
Can I switch to or from iTalk with One Touch Switch?
Yes. Since 12 September 2024 you only contact the provider you are moving to, even between networks. iTalk or your old provider must tell you about any exit fees, and the gap in service should be no more than one working day.
Does iTalk pay compensation when broadband goes down?
Not automatically. iTalk is not part of Ofcom’s automatic compensation scheme, so you need to ask. If a complaint is not resolved in six weeks, you can take it to an ombudsman for free.
Does iTalk guarantee its speeds?
None: iTalk has not signed Ofcom’s speed code.
