Zen Internet broadband: common questions
Can I get Zen Internet broadband at my address?
Zen Internet sells broadband across the UK on Openreach, CityFibre and other full fibre networks, but the speeds you can get depend on your address. Enter your postcode in the comparison above to see the Zen Internet deals that reach you.
What happens when my Zen Internet contract ends?
Zen Internet must tell you 10 to 40 days before your minimum term ends, show its best deals for you, and remind you once a year after that. Out of contract, prices are usually higher, so it pays to switch or agree a new deal.
Can I switch to or from Zen Internet with One Touch Switch?
